In his more than 19 years career in industry, Thomas Wagener delivered superior team-based results in International Project Management for Clinical Research. For the last years he had responsibility for all pivotal developmental clinical studies in Oncology, phase I-III, working for a leading Biotech company. His track record comprises clinical studies on latest advances in medicine like full human antibodies, biopharmaceuticals, small molecules and other promising therapeutic agents.

His expertise: Strategic planning and coordination, feasibility assessments, selection of participating sites and CROs, issues management, external relationships to investigators and Key Opinion Leaders. Thomas is a strong believer that almost everything is possible.

His passion: Bringing focus, structure and energy to all levels of the Clinical Research organization. His ability to anticipate and resolve problems, his commitment and his strong analytical skills inspire confidence as a leader of interdisciplinary teams.

Thomas is a trained molecular biologist and holds a Ph.D. in experimental Virology and Immunology from University of Hamburg, Germany.
